However, these types should only be made for those whose flat foot condition is not too severe. Basically, the homemade ones can be made for those who have low arches in order to stay safe.

Now the most important thing that he would need would be some insoles probably from other shoes that he does not use anymore. Just make sure that all sizes of these things are more or less the same or similar.
After getting a bunch of old insoles, then the next thing to do would be to get some super glue that is rather waterproof. Of course one will also be needing a pair of scissors that will be used to cut out these insoles. Once one has already gotten all of these materials, then he may now be able to make the homemade arch support.
So the very first thing to do would be to get at least two soles together and put one on top of the other. As stated above, make sure that all the soles are exactly the same size. From there, try to find the area where the arch of the foot is held.
Once that part has already been found, then the next thing to do would be to cut out that part using the pair of scissors that was acquired earlier. After that, one has to now make sure that the cut part will match the insole, if not, then maybe a bit more cutting will have to be done. Once that has already been done, then one can now glue the cut part to the insole.
After that has already been done, then one just has to wait for the glue to dry before he tries it out. Of course as stated above, the best glue for this type of project would be super glue. It is this glue that is the stickiest as well as the most effective and it dries really fast.

Now he has to get the third insole and just what he did a while ago. Once he has done that, he just once again has to let the glue dry and then try to walk with it.
